Cancellation Policy – Paradise Resort Paonta

Guests are advised to inform the resort at the earliest in case of a cancellation or modification of booking.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–13 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

(Removed: “No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.”)

Group bookings, holiday packages, and peak-season reservations may have separate cancellation terms.

For bookings made through third-party platforms, their cancellation policies will apply.

The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

Any refund due to cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
